Ratcliff partnered with Kaiser Walnut Creek to renovate its outpatient rehabilitation unit, creating a safe, healing and nurturing environment for patients and caregivers. As part of the renovation, the existing rehabilitation unit was expanded to include administration and support spaces for respiratory therapy services.

The project expanded to provide support space for respiratory therapy department.
The renovated unit now serves patients from throughout the greater Diablo Valley community.
The rehabilitation unit includes a physical therapy gym, an area for daily living activities, and additional support space for respiratory therapy equipment. This newly renovated respiratory therapy and rehabilitation space now provides services for patients recovering from injuries and illnesses on the road to recovery.
The outpatient rehabilitation unit provides care for patients recovering from debilitating injuries and illnesses, including trauma, stroke, and neurological conditions.
In addition to patient care area, the team reconfigure staff and support areas to maximize efficiency, enabling staff to dedicate more time to patient care.
